6/03/2020 - per NCDOT- COVID staff delay
9/4/2020 - per NCDOT budget shortfall due to COVID and some other unforeseen issues.
8/20/2022 requested for updates
9/2/2022 NCDOT is going to add pipe and extend the slope at the location. They have added it to the schedule to be done hopefully within the month of September.

MISSING SIDEWALK
Connected Rocky Ridge to Hawthorne on the Greene Apartment's sidewalk.
8/21/2020 ref EW1156895 Requested sidewalk were the image is marked with the red line. This land is not part of any homeowners parcels.
4/8/2021 per Keith Sorensen, Transportation Analyst Charlotte. "Rocky River Rd is not programmed for funding this bond cycle, but may get funded next bond cycle. The budget allocation for that is a couple years out if you want to check back then."

Hwy 51 Extension as of 1/28/2020 per NCDOT Div 10, not high priority, dont show constructing anytime prior to 2045. (this updates every 4 years)
Community Park - ask Aqua /Rayco /Woodland Farms Asst. LP. They own two parcel in Rocky Ridge.
